DR. SCOTT ALEXANDER'S BIO
Dr. Scott F. Alexander is the founder, and medical director of
Biltmore Surgical Hair Restoration located in Phoenix, Arizona.
He is dedicated exclusively to treating hair loss in both men
and women. His techniques and equipment are the latest state of
the art surgical options available in the world. Now men and
women in the Arizona area can have these microsurgical highly
advanced artistic hair restorations.
Dr. Alexander is a fourth generation Arizona native that grew up
in Phoenix. He attended Brigham Young University where he
received his Bachelor of Science degree. At this time he also
minored in art and design. His residency training was in general
surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. Alexander sought out the most advanced techniques and was
able to master them under the training of some of the most well
respected hair restoration surgeons in the industry. During his
training he learned the lateral-slit technique, FUE and the
importance of custom-made blades for the creation of the
recipient sites. His extensive surgical background gave him the
necessary skills and understanding to recognize the importance
of using these superlative forms of technology. Because of
his surgical background, he treats every surgical procedure
as if it were to be performed in an operating room at the
hospital. He is one of only a few Hair Restoration surgeons
that uses sterile techniques along with sterile gowns,
gloves, and drapes while removing the donor tissue. He wants
to give the patient the best opportunity to heal and receive
the best result possible.
Dr. Alexander experienced training unlike any other physician
practicing today, in that he was taught the most complex forms
of hair restoration technology during its infancy stage, and so
he was one of the first doctor’s exposed to these revolutionary
types of hair restoration technology.
Dr. Alexander is a member of many prestigious organizations,
which include: the Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration
Physicians, Hair Loss Help, International Alliance of Hair
Restoration Surgery and the International Society of Hair
Restoration Surgery. These organizations reviewed and granted
Dr. Alexander’s membership based strictly on his high level of
integrity, skill, experience and ability to perform the most
advanced forms of hair restoration surgery.
Dr. Alexander takes pride in that his acceptance in to these
elite organizations occurred faster than any other surgeon,
which is due to the superior forms of hair restoration
technology he has always utilized. He is now considered one of
the premiere surgeons practicing hair restoration today.
